Jasjit Kang
Jasjit Kang is the Managing Director (India) for Aon's global sourcing operations. He is responsible for over 12,500 colleagues across five cities.
Prior to joining Aon, Jasjit was Senior Vice President and Business Unit Head for the Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) vertical at WNS Global Services. With over 20 years of experience, Jasjit has a wealth of experience in operations management, order to cash service delivery, technology-based innovation, business development and relationship management. Jasjit has worked with industry leaders like Citi, Bank of America, ANZ Grindlays, and Genpact in addition to WNS.
Jasjit used his significant management experience to expand the Aon Hewitt India workplace giving program to actively support and sponsor many social responsibility initiatives focused on Education and Skill Building, Infrastructure and Disaster Relief, offering innovative opportunities for the huge workforce to make a significant difference to the nation. Special ventures aimed at providing computer facilities and hygiene amenities for girls in India gained the recognition of the Indian Government.
Jasjit studied his Master of Business Administration on the Rockhampton campus.
For his business leadership, and social responsibility initiatives, Jasjit was recognised as the 2016 Outstanding Alumnus of the Year.
